Season fish with salt and peppers. Melt butter in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Add garlic and Worcestershire to butter. Coat both sides of fish with butter mixture, and place fillets in dish. Bake in 400° oven 20 minutes, depending on size of fillets. Pull out dish on oven rack and sprinkle crumbs over fish. Garnish with lemon slices. Add wine to pan juices. Turn oven to broil. Return fish to oven. Broil until surface is brown and crispy, watching closely. Serve piping hot.
