Scald milk mixed with orange rind remove from heat and cool. Beat egg yolks lightly with fructose, salt, and liqueur. Add milk, stirring gently. Pour into 4 6-ounce custard cups set in a pan of hot water. Place on stove and bring water to a gentle boil. Bake in a preheated 325° F oven 40 to 50 minutes or until tip of knife inserted near center comes out clean. Remove from water cool on rack. Serve warm or chilled.
* For high altitude adjustment, bake at 350° F.
