Creamed Hard-Cooked Eggs


Serves: 4

Ingredients

6 eggs hard-cooked
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
3 drops hot pepper sauce Tabasco
3 dashes black pepper

Directions:

In medium saucepan melt butter (or margarine) stir in flour. Add milk cook and stir over medium heat until thick. Season with salt, paprika, Tabasco sauce, and pepper to taste. Add sliced hard-cooked eggs heat through. Serve over toast or cooked rice.
