Cucumber-Yogurt Salad

Ingredients

2 cups cucumbers peeled and sliced
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup Low Calorie Salad Dressing
1 tablespoon onion finely chopped
2 parsley finely chopped
1/8 teaspoon salt
8 drops hot pepper sauce
4 lettuce leaves
2 radishes medium, chopped

Directions:

Place cucumbers in a medium bowl.

In a small bowl, stir yogurt, salad dressing, onion, parsley, salt and hot pepper sauce until blended. Pour over cucumbers and stir until coated. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours.

To serve, mound one-fourth of the mixture on each lettuce leaf and garnish with radishes.
