Light Potato Salad

Ingredients

4 cups red potatoes boiled, peeled and diced
1 cup celery thinly sliced hearts
1/4 cup green onion sliced
1 tablespoon parsley chopped
3/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup Low Calorie Salad Dressing
1 tablespoon Dijon style mustard
1 teaspoon salt
8 drops hot pepper sauce
Paprika

Directions:

Place potatoes, celery, green onions and parsley in a large bowl.

In a medium bowl, stir yogurt, salad dressing, mustard, salt and hot pepper sauce until blended. Pour over potato mixture and stir gently. Transfer to a bowl. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 4 hours.
