Quarter, core and peel apples. Cut into 1/2 -inch chunks. In a small bowl, toss apples with lemon juice set aside.
In a blender container, place water, powdered sugar and cinnamon. Add about half of the apples cover. Blend on low speed until apples are coarsely chopped. Add remaining apples and juice cover. Blend on low speed, increasing speed to high, until mixture is smooth. Taste for additional sweetness. Cover and chill if desired. Stir before serving.
