Pack a disposable paper bowl and a baggie of your favorite cereal in your lunch box. Use the milk from your lunch or buy a carton.
Scrape and chop up a small carrot. Mix with peanut butter and use as a spread for rice cakes, graham crackers or toast.
Spread graham crackers with apple butter and top with a slice of Cheddar cheese. Top with another graham cracker for a mini sandwich.
Take a thin slice of salami and spread with cream cheese. Roll it up for a quick snack.
Sprinkle grated cheese on a tortilla and heat in the oven or microwave oven to melt the cheese. Add chilis or salsa for a spicier snack.
Cover a slice of pumpernickel bread with cream cheese and sprinkle with granola.
