At least 40 minutes or up to 2 days before serving: Preheat oven to 350° for 10 minutes. Place almonds in a shallow baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly toasted.
Place almonds in a food processor bowl or blender container. Cover and process or blend until ground (do not overprocess or grind too finely).
In a small mixer bowl at medium speed, beat butter until fluffy. Add almonds and beat until well blended. If making ahead, cover and refrigerate up to 2 days. Bring to room temperature before serving.
Serve with Amaretto Waffles pancakes, toasted bagels. English muffins. French toast or muffins.
