Heat oven to 350° F. Rice or mash yams. Beat in melted butter or margarine, cream, brown sugar, cinnamon, allspice, salt, and egg. Spread potato mixture in bottom of well greased 1 1/2 -quart shallow baking dish. Top with a layer each of pineapple and bananas. Mix honey, orange juice, and 1/4 cup reserved pineapple juice drizzle over potatoes and fruit. Bake uncovered in oven for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with coconut flakes, completely covering fruit. Return to oven and bake for 15 minutes or until coconut is golden brown.
