Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, granulated garlic, and thyme. Sauté chicken, onion, mushrooms, and garlic cloves until chicken is lightly browned. Add wine and cover, simmer one hour. Add capers and lemon juice, cover and cook 20 minutes more. Make a thickener from flour and more white wine, add to sauce in Dutch oven and stir in. Cover and simmer another 20 minutes.
