Happy Campers Dog Dish Meatloaf

Serves: 4

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 (6-ounce) box seasoned stuffing mix, made according to directions
1 envelope meetloaf seasoning
1 to 2 egg
1 small onion
4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
salt and pepper to taste

TOPPING
2 parts ketchup
1 part brown sugar
1 part mustard (what ever you have)

Directions:

In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients but the topping. Mix well and place in a 6- to 8-inch metal dog food dish (clean, unused). Top with topping, and bake at 375°F (17 top coals, 11 bottom coals), for 90 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
