Manchego Cheese, Dates, And Pistachios

Ingredients

1 pound Manchego cheese (1 wedge)
12 large plump dates, halved and pitted
1 cup salted pistachio nut

Directions:

On a platter, arrange the wedge of cheese, the dates, and a small bowl of the nuts.
