Rice Patties

Ingredients

4 cups long grain rice - cooked
3 eggs
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 green bell pepper - diced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and form into patties. Fry in hot oil over medium-hi heat until golden turning only once.
