Creamy Tarragon Dip

Ingredients

2 teaspoons fresh or 1 tsp dried tarragon
2 teaspoons minced scallion
2 teaspoons minced parsley
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
2 tablespoons low-fat cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon Dijon style mustard

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Refrigerate until guests arrive serve with raw vegetables or crackers.
