New Potato Salad

Ingredients

8 - 10 new potatoes
1 bunch green onions, sliced
3 stalks celery, chopped
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

Dressing:
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon Dijon style mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup olive oil

Directions:

Boil new potatoes and mix in large bowl with onions, celery, and eggs.

Dressing:
Combine salt, pepper, basil, Dijon mustard, garlic, and vinegar in small bowl, stirring in mayonnaise and whisk in oil. Pour over potatoes and let sit overnight.
