Combine all but 1/2 the chocolate chips and pour into a well-greased, floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 45–60 minutes or till cake springs back at touch. Melt remaining chocolate chips and drizzle over turned-out cooled cake.
Editor's Extra: You can substitute strong coffee for the Kahlúa . . . the mocha flavor makes it nice.
Fun Fact:Melting chocolate can be done several ways:
• In a double boiler over simmering water
• In a microwave (usually for 2 minutes on HIGH in a glass measure, then stir)
• On the warming plate of a coffee pot in a Pyrex dish or cup
• In an electric melting pot
