In a mixing bowl, beat cranberry sauce into marshmallow crème. Pour into a freezer bag and freeze until firm. Whip cream. Place frozen mixture in chilled bowl, breaking into chunks. Add lemon juice. Beat until fluffy. Fold in whipping cream. Return to freezer bag and freeze until firm. Scoop into serving dishes when ready to serve.
