Ingredients

1 (2-pound) beef chuck roast , cut crosswise into 1/2-inch slices
1/2 cup onion , chopped
2 cloves garlic , minced
2 cups catsup
1/4 cup brown sugar , packed
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 onion buns, split

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except buns in a slow cooker; mix well. Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours, stirring occasionally, until meat is tender. Serve on buns.
