Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 onion , chopped
2 (16-ounce) cans kidney beans , drained
1 (16-ounce) can black beans , drained
1 (16-ounce) can pinto beans, drained
1 (15-ounce) can corn , drained
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can stewed tomatoes
1 (3.8-ounce) can sliced black olives , drained and diced
1 (30-ounce) can tomato juice
1 (1 1/2-ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 salt and pepper to taste
1 Garnish: sour cream , tortilla strips, sliced black olives, sliced green onions

Directions:

Brown beef and onion in a skillet. Drain; combine with remaining ingredients in a large stockpot. Bring to a boil over medium heat; reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Garnish individual portions as desired.
