Individual Meat Loaves

Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1 (10 1/2-ounce) can onion soup, condensed
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 pounds ground beef
ketchup

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine eggs, soup, breadcrumbs, seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Mix beef into egg mixture until well blended. Divide meat into 12 balls. Press into muffin pans. Bake for 25–30 minutes. Spread desired amount of ketchup over individual loaves for last 5–10 minutes of cooking.
