Stuffed Bell Pepper Soup

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
2 cups water
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can Italian style diced tomato, with liquid
1 cube beef bouillon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 1/2 cups cooked white rice

Directions:

In a frying pan, brown ground beef until no longer pink. Drain if necessary. Stir in bell pepper, tomato sauce, water, tomatoes, bouillon, salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 30–45 minutes. Stir in rice and heat 5 minutes more.
