Winter Chili

Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 pound ground beef, browned and drained
1 (29-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (15-ounce) can kidney beans, with liquid
3 (15-ounce) cans pinto beans, with liquid
1 medium onion, diced
1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chili
1 (29-ounce) can petite diced tomato, with liquid
2 teaspoons cumin
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 cups water

Directions:

In a large stockpot, combine all ingredients and simmer over low heat 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
