Heat oven to 375°. Spray square pan, 9x9x2 inches, with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange apple slices in pan, overlapping slices if necessary. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon sprinkle over apple slices. Mix cake mix (dry), water and egg whites in medium bowl, using spoon, about 1 minute or until all mix is moistened. Pour batter over apple slices. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Loosen edges of cake from pan. Turn upside down onto heatproof serving plate. Serve warm.
