Cheese Noodle Pudding

Ingredients

1/2 pound broad noodles, cooked
1/2 pound low fat cottage cheese
1/2 pinch low fat yogurt
3/4 cup liquid egg substitute
1 cup white raisins
2 tablespoons sugar
2 ounces polyunsaturated margarine
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients and pour into a baking dish greased with margarine. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees; then reduce the heat and continue to bake for one hour at 350 degrees.
