Melt the margarine in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions, mushrooms and garlic and cook for 6 to 8 minutes and cool. Combine this mixture with the panko, chicken stock, soy sauce, hot chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ground turkey and egg substitute in a large bowl and place into a loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Combine the chili sauce, brown sugar and mustard and spread evenly over the loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
