In large bowl combine gravy and sour cream, mix until blended; add chicken, green chili, green onions and olives. Mix together until blended.
Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover bottom with 1/3 of the crushed corn chips. Spoon 1/2 of chicken mixture over chips; sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese; repeat layers. Top with remaining 1/3 corn chips.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
NOTE: Heat chicken broth, then slowly add 3 tablespoons Wondra flour, whisking until thickened to make chicken gravy.
