Skin, seed and dice the tomatoes then arrange them on one half of the pizza base. Crumble the ricotta and mix together with diced mozzarella, salami and basil. Add the olive oil and mix until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Arrange the mixture on one half of the pizza base and sprinkle with parme. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 for 10 - 15 min.
