1 Place the tuna with its oil in a large bowl. Break the tuna into pieces with a fork.
2 Add the celery, tomatoes, eggs, and onion to the tuna. Sprinkle with the oregano and olive oil and toss lightly.
3 Arrange the lettuce leaves on a platter. Top with the tuna salad. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve immediately.
