1 In a food processor, finely chop the parsley and garlic. Add the bread cubes, anchovies, and capers and process until finely chopped.
2 With the machine running, add the oil and vinegar and a pinch of salt. Once blended, taste for seasoning adjust as needed. Cover and store at room temperature up to two hours or in the refrigerator for longer storage.
