1 In a food processor, finely chop together the garlic, basil, parsley, and celery leaves. Add the tomatoes and capers and process until smooth.
2 With the machine running, gradually add the olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Process until smooth and well blended. Let stand 1 hour before serving. Serve at room temperature.
