Cheesy Soy Burgers

Ingredients

1 (15-ounce) can soybean, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup fat-free Cheddar cheese, shredded (2 ounces)
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
2 , medium green onions, , finely chopped (2 tablespoons)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons fat-free cholesterol-free egg product or 1 egg whites
4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
4 slices tomatoes
4 lettuce leaves
Horseradish Sauce:
1/2 cup plain yogurt (fat-free)
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish

Directions:

1. Mash beans in medium bowl. Mix in cheese, bread crumbs, onions, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, salt and egg product. Shape mixture into 4 patties.
2. Spray 10-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Cook patties in skillet over medium heat about 10 minutes, turning once, until light brown. Serve on buns with Horse Radish Sauce, tomato and lettuce.

Horseradish Sauce
Mix Ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
