1. Heat coals or gas grill. Mix teriyaki sauce, sesame seed and ginger.
2. Cover and grill turkey 4 to 6 inches from medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, turning and brushing with sauce mixture after 5 minutes, until turkey is no longer pink in center. Discard any remaining sauce mixture. Serve turkey with noodles. Sprinkle with onions.
*To toast sesame, bake uncovered in ungreased shallow pan in 350° oven 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Or cook in ungreased heavy skillet over medium heat about 2 minutes, stirring frequently until until browning begins, then stirring constantly until golden brown.
