In top of a double boiler, add butter, green pepper, and chopped onion; let cook about 10 minutes. Blend in flour, dry mustard, Ac’cent, milk, and cheese; cook and stir until cheese melts and mixture is very thick. Add crabmeat, tomatoes, Worcestershire, and salt. Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole. Drop topping over crab mixture and bake 20 - 25 minutes in 450° oven.
Cheese Bisquick Topping:
Combine all ingredients and drop by teaspoons on top of crab mixture.
