1. Rub the inside of a medium-sized bowl with the cut sides of the garlic. Be generous.
2. Place the egg substitute, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and dry mustard in the prepared bowl, and use an electric mixer set on slow speed to beat until well combined.
3. Slowly add the olive oil to the egg mixture a few dribbles at a time, alternating with the vinegar. Increase the mixer speed in increments and beat until very thick. If the sauce is too thick, beat in a few drops of warm water until you have the consistency you like. Cover and refrigerate promptly, being sure to use within 1 week.
