Place each biscuit into a greased jumbo muffin cup; press to form a well. Combine cream cheese, eggs, salt and pepper. Spoon 2 tablespoons egg mixture into each biscuit well; sprinkle with bacon and top with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
Tip: To add a splash of color to breakfast juices, freeze strawberry slices or blueberries in ice cubes. Toss several into glasses of juice right before serving.
