Yummy Carrot-Raisin Muffins

Ingredients

1 (18-ounce) package carrot cake mix
1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin
1/3 cup golden raisins

Directions:

Mix dry cake mix and pumpkin together to make a very thick batter. Add raisins and mix well. Fill paper-lined muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, or until muffins test done.

Tip: Take breakfast outdoors! Spread a quilt on the picnic table and enjoy the cool morning air.
