Preheat oven to 350°. Place cubed apples in bowl. Break eggs over them and mix well. Add oil, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon, dates, and walnuts and stir together. Sift flour, baking soda, and salt together and add to apple mixture. Mix with wooden spoon until flour mixture is thoroughly blended into apple mixture. Pour batter into greased 9x13-inch baking pan and bake for 45 minutes. Serve warm or cold with Grand Marnier Whipped Cream.
Grand Marnier Whipped Cream:
Whip cream in bowl until stiff. Slowly beat in Grand Marnier and powdered sugar until blended.
