Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a tube or Bundt pan.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
In a large bowl, beat butter and peanut butter until smooth using electric mixer. Add sugar and continue mixing until smooth, about 4 minutes. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Stir in the vanilla and gradually add the flour to the peanut butter mixture.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Allow cake to cool.
In a medium bowl, combine frosting ingredients until smooth. Frost cake.
