Your Choice Oatmeal Mix (vegan)

Ingredients

6 cups quick cooking oats
1 1/3 cups nonfat dry vegan soy milk
1 cup dried fruit
1/4 cup vegan sugar or vegan sweetener
1/4 cup packed vegan brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 cup water

Directions:

Directions: In a large bowl, combine first eight ingredients. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to six months. To prepare one serving: Shake mix well. In a saucepan bring water to boil slowly stir in 1/2 cup of mix. Cook and stir over medium heat for one minute. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand for one minute or until oatmeal reaches desired consistency. You can also do this in the microwave and stir it every 30 seconds until it is done. Serves: 8 cups (1/2 cup per
