creamy berry green smoothie

Ingredients

3/4 cup water
1/2 cup Hemp Milk or Coconut Milk (recipes found in Cereals and Milks chapter)
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 banana
1 1/2 cups chopped swiss chard, packed
1 1/2 cups chopped kale, packed
1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
1 tablespoon raw vegan protein powder (see Glossary; optional)
2 drops liquid stevia (optional)

Directions:

measuring cups
cutting board
chef’s knife
measuring spoons
blender
rubber spatula

Put all the ingredients in a blender and process on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
