Blend together cream cheese, milk, onion, Parmesan cheese, and horseradish. Gently mix in crabmeat. Add salt and pepper. Put in greased shallow 1-quart baking dish; sprinkle almonds over top. Bake at 350° until lightly browned on top, about 20 minutes. Serve hot on crackers or as a dip.
Note: Can be served without cooking. Simply add milk to proper consistency for use as a spread or dip. Keep refrigerated until served.
