Grease a 9x13-inch pan with margarine. Grind Oreo cookies in a food processor or blender until gravel-like in texture. Add melted margarine; blend some more. Pat cookie mixture lightly in pan. Bake for 10–15 minutes at 350°. Let cool. With a mixer, blend Cool Whip, peanut butter, dry vanilla pudding, and chocolate chips until a brownish color. Spread carefully over cookie crust. Refrigerate. Cut into squares. Delicious.
