Gooies Seven-Layer Cookies

Ingredients

1 stick butter
12 - 15 graham crackers squares
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips or morsels
1 (3 1/2-ounce) can flaked coconut
1 cup chopped pecan
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

Directions:

Preheat oven 350°. Melt stick of butter in 9x13-inch glass baking dish. On top of melted butter place a layer of graham crackers, a layer of chocolate chips, a layer of butterscotch chips, a layer of coconut, and a layer of chopped pecans. Dribble a can of condensed milk on top, and bake until a little brown around the edge, 20–30 minutes. Cut as soon as you remove from oven. Let stand at least 4 hours. Better to let stand overnight.

If at first you don’t succeed, you’re running about average.
