Raspberry Bars

Ingredients

1 2/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter, melted (not margarine)
2 2/3 cups (7 ounces) flaked coconut
1 1/4 cups (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup red raspberry jam or preserves
1/3 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup melted white baking chocolate or bark
1/2 cup melted chocolate

Directions:

Mix crumbs and butter. Press into a 9x13-inch pan. Sprinkle coconut on top, and pour condensed milk evenly over it. Bake at 350° for 20–25 minutes, until lightly browned. Cool. Spread jam over and chill 45 minutes. Sprinkle with nuts. Drizzle white bark over, then drizzle melted chocolate over it; keep chilled. Enjoy!
