Corn Relish

Ingredients

5 cups cooked corn, cut from cob
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
3/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon mustard seeds
2 teaspoons celery seeds
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
3/4 cup sugar
1 pint vinegar
2 teaspoons salt

Directions:

Combine ingredients with 1/2 cup water, simmer for 30 minutes. Pack in hot sterilized jars to within 1/2 inch of top. Seal at once.
