Ingredients

4 very ripe pears
1 cup raw unfiltered apple juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup dairy or dairy free yogurt
4 ice cubes
2 strawberries (for garnish)

Directions:

Whip together the pears, apple juice, lemon juice, yogurt, and ice cubes in the blender until smooth and frothy. Garnish with a fresh strawberry.
