1 cup fresh carrot juice
1 (15-ounce) can coconut milk or 1 cup fresh
1 cup strong peppermint tea
1 cup ice (optional)

Directions:

Place all ingredients in the blender, and process until smooth. Serve and enjoy, garnished with a sprig of peppermint.
