Hit-The-Trail-Mix Parfait

Ingredients

1/4 cup honey
2 cups cottage cheese
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground allspice
2 cups trail mix
1 to 1 3/4 pound Bread Bowl

Directions:

1. Heat the honey in a small pan over low heat about 1 minute.

2. Combine the cottage cheese, cinnamon, allspice, and warm honey in a bowl.

3. Spread half the cottage cheese mixture in the bread bowl, and top with half the trail mix. Repeat the layers, and serve.
