1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Cook the spinach according to package instructions. Drain well and allow to cool.
3. Combine the cooled spinach with all of the remaining ingredients in a large bowl, mixing well.
4. Roll the stuffing mixture into walnut-sized balls, and arrange on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
