Double the recipe and freeze after forming crescents on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. When frozen, remove from baking sheet and place in freezer bags.
When ready to use, place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Spray rolls with cooking spray and cover with plastic wrap. Place baking sheet in oven that has been heated to warm and then turned off. Let raise for 2 hours or until double in size. Remove plastic wrap. Turn oven on to 350°F and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
